Monday Brief provides weekly business summary reports for ecommerce businesses. During beta, features and availability may change.

Beta access

Beta access is provided on a limited basis. We may change, pause, or end beta access at any time as we develop the product.

Your responsibilities

When using Monday Brief, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information where requested
• Use the service in good faith and in line with applicable laws
• Keep any account credentials secure if accounts are provided

Service availability

Monday Brief is provided during beta on an "as available" basis. We aim to deliver reliable weekly reports, but interruptions may occur while the product is in development.

Intellectual property

Monday Brief, including its branding, design, and content, remains our property. You retain ownership of your business data.

Limitation

Reports are intended to summarise business activity for informational purposes. You remain responsible for business decisions made using information from Monday Brief.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product moves beyond beta. Continued use after changes are posted may constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
